Morag Kent (Raccoon)
CEO and CO-Founder
A strategist by instinct and a storyteller at heart, I’ve always loved the challenge of blending creative energy with commercial know-how. My career has been about crafting standout campaigns and designing brand experiences that capture attention and deliver results.
After more than two decades leading marketing for high-profile events and hospitality programmes, from Silverstone and The Open to RHS Chelsea Flower Show and Henley Royal Regatta, I saw first-hand how the smallest ideas can ripple through an entire customer journey.
That same fascination with transformation is what pulled me into AI. Completing my Mini MBA in AI opened my eyes to how these tools can revolutionise creative industries, streamline operations and spark new ways of thinking. The excitement of that discovery led me to steer Raccoon & Bear into this new territory; turning us into a studio where human instinct meets machine intelligence.
Now, my focus is helping brands navigate the AI forest with confidence: finding opportunities, sharpening strategy and building systems that make ideas move faster without losing their human heartbeat.

Originally trained as a designer and digital illustrator, I’ve always been fascinated by how ideas take shape from early sketches to immersive brand environments. My creative roots still anchor everything I do, but these days my curiosity has a more technical edge.
I’m an automation visionary at heart. I love getting under the skin of complex problems and designing intelligent systems that actually work for real businesses. Whether it’s linking workflows in Make or n8n or experimenting with visual AI tools like Midjourney, Runway or Veo3.1, I enjoy turning tangled processes into seamless, satisfying solutions.
My goal is always the same: to make technology feel fluid, friendly and functional. My work has shaped hospitality interiors at Silverstone and now extends into AI-driven design, motion graphics and creative automation.
